Build trust with potential customers by showcasing reviews that highlight your products value.

We're here to help!
Our resources are designed to bring you the smoothest self-service experience out there. Whether you’re a reviewer or a business, you’ll be able to learn how to use 'Customer Reviews Hub' like a pro.

Being open is just who we are.
'Customer Reviews Hub' is a neutral, open platform that bridges the gap between businesses and consumers, fostering collaboration and empowerment for both.
On our platform, anyone can share a review, ensuring businesses can't filter or control what consumers see. This sets us apart from 'closed' or pay-to-access platforms, where companies cherry-pick reviews for marketing purposes and have the ability to hide unfavorable ones.
At CRH, every review is published without bias or moderation.
Fighting fake reviews
Reviews belong to the consumers.
We view reviews as content created by users and owned by them. Only the author has the authority to edit or permanently remove their reviews, which can be managed through their user account.
Reviews are retained as long as the user maintains a 'Customer Reviews Hub' account, unless they choose to permanently delete individual reviews. When a user opts to delete their account, all associated reviews are also permanently removed.
Flagging reviews
Each review submitted to 'Customer Reviews Hub' undergoes rigorous screening by our advanced automated fraud detection system designed to identify and eliminate fake reviews. This system analyzes various data points including IP addresses, user identifiers, device characteristics, location data, and timestamps to identify patterns of suspicious behavior.
When our software identifies reviews as clearly fraudulent, they are temporarily removed from public view. In such cases, we send an email notification to the reviewer (except for reviews deemed as blatant advertising or promotional content). This allows reviewers the chance to address any inaccuracies. However, if substantial evidence confirms a review as fake, it will not be reinstated.
Remaining inclusive to all entails offering both businesses and consumers the chance to report a review if it violates our guidelines. Our Content Integrity Team carefully evaluates each flagged review and takes appropriate measures if it breaches our rules.
Flagged reviews are kept visible during the investigation process, except for those flagged as “harmful or illegal,” which are temporarily hidden to protect the public and comply with regulations.
Our guidelines clearly state that flagging only negative reviews is against our policies. Businesses that misuse the flagging feature undermine the trustworthiness of our platform, and we take such instances very seriously. Learn more about how we address misuse of the flagging function.
